360° Design Build, is a Yukon-based design, construction and development company and a key residential developer in downtown Whitehorse. With over 50 urban housing units completed since 2002, 360° Design Build has taken a hands-on approach to design/build residential projects in the Yukon. The close association with Kobayashi + Zedda provides 360° with the architectural and cold climate building science expertise.

KZA and 360° Design Build are a multi-disciplinary team of 12 professionals including urban planners, architects, project and construction managers and carpenters. Kobayashi + Zedda is the largest Yukon Architecture firm. 360° design build is one of the Yukon’s most active private developers, having constructed over $13 million worth of multi-use commercial and residential projects in in the past 8 years. Deeply involved in the transformation of downtown Whitehorse into a vibrant living and working community, the partners believe in a higher density, pedestrian friendly built environment, where building design is a reflection of the conditions common to the North.
