Kobayashi + Zedda Architects hold the belief that quality urban housing is critical to maintaining the continued vitality of the downtown core of Whitehorse. To this end the architects turned developer to produce the successful, multi-use residential loft condo project completed in spring 2004. In the process, they successfully navigated a gauntlet of authorities having jurisdiction and the Yukon condominium act.
With the steep development learning curve behind them, they are able to apply the newfound knowledge to current and future development projects. The architect assumed all major roles in this project including marketing, financing, project management, design and construction management of this $800,000 project.
