New Cambodia Mixed Use Development
Whitehorse, Yukon
For this 13 unit mixed-use development, Kobayashi + Zedda Architects designed a three-story building with commercial offices on the ground floor and two story residences on the upper floors. Developed and constructed by sister company 360° Design Build, the project replaced two vacant lots with a vibrant, high density urban building befitting a downtown setting. The $2.5 million project was sold-out within 2 months.
